UnLit stores the information you enter in the app on your device. This includes your name, quit date, smoking profile, cravings, notes, progress, and notification preferences. UnLit does not require an account and does not send this app data to our servers.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, UnLit schedules reminders and milestone alerts on your device. You can change notification settings in the app or your device settings at any time.

Website contact form

If you contact us through this website, your name, email address, and message are sent to Web3Forms solely to deliver your message to us. Do not send sensitive health information through the contact form.

Your choices

You can export or permanently delete your app data from UnLit’s Settings screen. To ask a privacy question, use our contact form.
